At Radiant Kavod, our Subscribe & Save program is designed to bring you ease, consistency, and savings on your most-loved rituals. Here’s how it flows:

1. How It Works

Subscription Plans

Choose your favorite products, and they’ll arrive at your door automatically every 30 days.
You can curate multiple items in a single subscription, creating a personalized routine that works in harmony with your lifestyle.

Discounts

First Order: Enjoy a 20% discount on your initial subscription order—automatically applied at checkout.
Every Renewal: Receive a 20% discount on all future subscription orders.
Discounts are exclusive to Subscribe & Save and cannot be combined with other offers.

Automatic Billing
Your payment method will be securely charged with each cycle. You’ll always receive a reminder before billing, giving you time to update or adjust as needed.

2. Managing Your Subscription

Account Dashboard
Log in to your Radiant Kavod account to view your upcoming deliveries, update your shipping address, or adjust payment details.

Flexibility

Add or remove products anytime.
Change your delivery frequency.
Skip a shipment if you have enough on hand.

Timing
Adjustments must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to take effect.

Pause & Resume
Need a break? You can pause your subscription and reactivate it whenever you’re ready.

3. Cancellations

Cancel Anytime
After your first order has shipped, you may cancel at any time without penalty. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancellations must be made 7 days prior to billing.

If Already Processed
Cancellations made after processing will apply to future deliveries. Your current order will still ship as scheduled.

Restarting
You may reactivate your subscription at any time and continue enjoying the same savings and convenience.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Speed
Subscribe & Save orders are processed with the same care as standard orders and shipped via 2-Day Express service. You’ll receive tracking information by email once shipped.

Missed Deliveries
Radiant Kavod is not responsible for missed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control. For assistance, reach out to CareTeam@RadiantKavod.com.

5. Returns

Subscribe & Save items follow our standard Return Policy.

Once we receive your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation when the process is complete.

6. Payment Information

Billing Cycle
Your selected payment method will be charged at the start of each subscription cycle.

Failed Payments
If payment fails, we’ll notify you by email and retry. If unsuccessful, your subscription will pause until updated.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other options as shown at checkout. You may update your payment method anytime via your account.
